Ink&Kin Terms of Service
Ink&Kin provides professional genealogical research services based on documentary evidence, careful analysis, and ethical research standards.
All services are conducted within a clearly defined scope. Genealogical research cannot guarantee specific outcomes, discoveries, or resolutions, as findings depend entirely on the availability, accuracy, and accessibility of historical records. Relationships or events are not assumed where evidence is incomplete; unverified links remain clearly identified as such.
Ink & Kin does not conduct research on living individuals. All research is limited to historical persons and records.
Research may uncover unexpected, conflicting, or incomplete information. Clients are responsible for how they interpret and use research findings.
Ink & Kin does not provide graphic design services, decorative family trees, genealogical artwork, DNA analysis, or speculative research. Visual materials, when included, are functional and documentation-based only.

Privacy & Data Use
Ink&Kin conducts research using reputable third-party databases and archival platforms, including commercial genealogy services and public repositories. These platforms may log search activity or usage data according to their own privacy policies.
Ink&Kin does not publish client research, submit client data to public family trees, or share client information publicly. Client information is used solely for the purpose of conducting the requested research.
While care is taken to handle client information responsibly, Ink & Kin cannot control data collection, tracking, or analytics practices of third-party research platforms.
By using this website or contacting Ink & Kin for services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
